Under the “Quick Order Selection” you can view the list of items that you wish to order. To remove an item, click onto the rubbish bin next to “Subtotal”. When you have finished adding products to your shopping cart, click “Checkout”.
Select the “Shipping Method” - either Delivery or Will Call pick up. If you choose shipping, please make sure that your shipping address is correct.
Please note that the delivery charges is $60 if your purchase is under $2000 and the delivery charges is $40 if your purchase is $2000 or above.
You can redeem your order using Essential Rewards points if you have joined the ER program - please check out the video on “How to Redeem Your ER points” here. Or you can settle the payment by credit card.
If you have more than 1 credit card in the Virtual Office - you can select the credit card you wish to use.
Or you can even split your order and specify how much you want to charge to each of your credit card
Review your order to make sure the details are correct.
Once your order details are confirmed, please click onto “Place Order”.
To place a Standard Order - go to “Quick Order” in the New Virtual Office.
You can search the products that you wish to purchase in the search box or you can browse the product list by categories.
Enter the quantity that you wish to purchase and add the product by clicking “+Add Product”.
