Suggested Uses

・Apply Awaken topically on desired location and your feet to awaken your senses.
・Diffuse it in your environment to enhance inner self-awareness.
・Use it to help awaken your mind, body, and spirit.
・Apply Awaken to your sternum to create a feeling of being in the moment.

Directions
Topical: Apply 2─4 drops directly to desired area. Dilution not required, except for the most sensitive skin. Use as needed.

Aromatic: Diffuse up to 1 hour 3 times daily.
