Suggested Uses
・Dilute with a carrier oil, add to a vegetable capsule and take as a dietary supplement
・Add to tea, hot chocolate, or coffee in place of ground cinnamon for a warm, spicy flavor

Directions
・Dilute 1 drop with 4 drops of a carrier oil. Put in a capsule and take once daily.
