Suggested Uses
使用方法：
連續30天，每天塗抹或擴香。早上，塗抹在手腕、耳背和心口。塗抹時意想著：今天我將會正面地、積極地渡過，並釋放著我的最高潛能。
・Apply 1−3 drops topically to promote feelings of stability, clarity, and spirituality.
・Diffuse it to encourage an environment of confidence and self-esteem.
・Apply it topically over your heart for comforting inspiration.
・Use it during times of meditation, personal reflection, and goal setting.
DIRECTIONS
・Topical: Apply 2–4 drops directly to desired area. Dilution not required, except for the most sensitive skin. Use as needed.
・Aromatic: Diffuse up to 1 hour 3 times daily.
