Formerly known as Idaho Balsam Fir, this Young Living fan favorite is back with a new name: Idaho Grand Fir! The oil, aroma, and benefits are unchanged, offering a woodsy, refreshing aroma reminiscent of a freshly cut Christmas tree. Grand fir trees are native to the Pacific Northwest of the United States, and for centuries Native Americans have used them to promote well-being and the sensation of deeper breathing.
Young Living’s Idaho Grand Fir comes from the Young Living Highland Flats Tree Farm and Distillery in Naples, Idaho, USA. Every year Young Living members participate in the annual Winter Harvest, allowing them to experience our Seed to Seal® quality commitment firsthand and be a part of distilling this oil directly from nature
使用 方法
Suggested Uses
・局部塗抹：舒緩肌膚，並在運動後增強按摩效果。
・擴香：使用擴香機擴香，每次1小時，每日3次。
塗抹位置：
每天早晚塗抹於頸部、手臂、大脾及腳踝外側，各部位使用2滴，每次共8滴。即是每天使用16滴，一樽5ml 大概有80-100滴可以使用一星期。
配合運動：
坐姿划船 (Rowing) 或深蹲 (Squatting）
・Diffuse or apply Idaho Grand Fir topically to enhance yoga, meditation, and breathwork practices with its grounding, calming aroma.
・Use it topically to soothe skin and enhance massage following physical activity.
・Diffuse Idaho Grand Fir to enjoy the cleansing aroma and use it indoors and outdoors for an annoyance-free atmosphere.
・Combine Idaho Grand Fir with R.C.™ and diffuse or apply it to the chest and neck to support the feeling of normal, clear breathing.
・Combine it with Cool Azul® Pain-Relief Cream, which relieves daily aches and pains.
・Diffuse it to offer an aroma that creates a relaxing environment.
・Apply it topically to soothe the skin and smooth imperfections when combined with Lavender essential oil.
