Greek herbalists used Clary Sage to support women’s health over 2,000 years ago. Peppermint and Fennel are added to this blend to support healthy digestion.

Suggested Uses
・每天放入膠囊內口服，用於調節女性荷爾蒙、保持皮膚彈性、每月週期、滋潤皮膚，是女性恩物。適合踏入更年期的女性使用。
・Apply 1−3 drops topically on your lower abdomen to support healthy digestion.*
・Diffuse 8−20 drops in your bedroom to create a peaceful environment.
・Add 1–2 drops of SclarEssence Vitality to a glass of water or in conjunction with Estro™ to support a good attitude during PMS.*
・Add 1−2 drops to water or a green drink daily to use for mild mood changes and cramps associated with the menstrual cycle.*
・Add SclarEssence Vitality to a warm cup of tea and enjoy after a soothing Dragon Time™ essential oil blend massage to support overall wellness.*
Directions
Topical: Dilute 1 drop with 1 drop of V-6™ or olive oil. Apply to desired area as needed.
Aromatic: Diffuse up to 30 minutes 3 times daily.
